SXH Managing Director Contributes to G-PSF 8th Working Group on Industrial Relations
Members of 8th Working Group (Working Group on Industrial Relations) of Government-Private Sector Forum (G-PSF) held a meeting to discuss key labor agenda, covering fixed duration contracts, seniority indemnity, interpretation of key provisions of labor law, and VAT on service fees for recruitment and facilitation of Cambodian migrant laborers to other countries. Mr. Sok Lor, Managing Director of Sok Xing & Hwang, contributed to and and provided the assistance to facilitate the meeting, held on 05 March 2019 at the offices of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce. The meeting was to prepare for the 18th G-PSF scheduled for 29 March 2019.
