University Students to Benefit from Panel Discussion on Comparative Arbitration
Sok Xing & Hwang in collaboration the Arbitration Council Foundation and Royal University of Law and Economics will deliver a panel discussion on Comparative Labor Arbitration in Cambodia and in North America. To be held at Royal University of Law and Economics on 21 December 2016, the panel session is particularly catered for students majoring in law, economics, and business. Comprising the panelists are Mr. Men Nimmith, Arbitrator and Executive Director of Arbitration Council Foundation, Ms. Chhiv Phyrum, Arbitrator and Chairperson of Board of Directors of Arbitration Council Foundation, and Professor Allen Ponak, Adjunct Professor of the University of Saskatchewan in Canada and a former President of the National Academy of Arbitrators for North America. Sok Xing & Hwang Managing Director Mr. Sok Lor will moderate the panel discussion.
