NSSF Inspection at Enterprises and Establishments Nationwide

We are writing to inform you that, on January 14, 2025, the National Social Security Fund (the "NSSF") issued a Notification on Inspection at Enterprises and Establishments Nationwide to Strengthen the Implementation of the Law on Social Security and Related Legal Regulations, the NSSF will launch the inspection campaigns in enterprises and establishments throughout the country from February 01, 2025.
If the owner or representative of the enterprises or establishments fails to perform the obligation to pay the contribution, or the payment of the contribution is incorrect, or fails to report the number of workers properly or the withdrawal of contribution is not in accordance with provisions of the Law on Social Security, the NSSF will take legal action in force.
