Sok Xing & Hwang Managing Director to Represent Cambodia’s Private Sector at the 16th Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting of ILO
Mr. Sok Lor, Managing Director of Sok Xing & Hwang, will attend the 16th Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting of the International Labour Organization (ILO) on 6 - 9 December 2016, to be held in Bali, Indonesia. Representing the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) in his capacity as its Board Member and Secretary General, Mr. Sok will join Cambodia’s high-level tripartite delegation to participate in the event, which will center on the regional world-of-work priorities and the ILO's vision for realizing decent work from 2016 to 2021.
Taking place every five years, the Regional Meeting will bring together the ILO’s tripartite constituents from throughout Asia, the Pacific and the Gulf and Arab states. About 450 people are expected to attend. Government ministers, representatives of workers' and employers' organizations, and academics from about 40 countries will participate in the Regional Meeting.
