Sok Xing & Hwang Delivers Employers’ Policy Position Paper on Cambodia’s Labor Law
Sok Xing & Hwang’s Managing Director, Sok Lor, and Senior Director, Hans S. Hwang, delivered a presentation to representatives and members of the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) on key issues and recommendations from the Employer’s Policy Position Paper: The Need for a Modern, Up-to-Date Labor Law.
Sok Xing & Hwang developed the Policy Position Paper at the request of CAMFEBA and the ILO for a high-level analysis of labor and employment law issues in Cambodia, along with collecting inputs from employers across a multitude of industrial and professional sectors, in order to articulate a coherent policy position on the Labor Law.
