Sok Xing & Hwang Gallops into Action to Assist in Property Acquisition for Operating Premier Equestrian Center in Phnom Penh
In a testament to the diverse range of services it offers, Sok Xing & Hwang has recently taken the reins to provide legal assistance in the acquisition of properties for Genius Resort to operate a state-of-the-art equestrian center, set to become a second-to-none riding school for amateurs and horse owners and a new attraction in Phnom Penh.
Launched its official opening on 16 February 2024, Genius Resort features impressive stables with 40 local and imported horses and ponies, training facilities, and riding arenas. The arenas include an indoor arena of 2,100 square meters, well-ventilated for year-round training and events and soon-to-be-completed outdoor arena of 4,000 square meters. Situated across the corner from Northbridge International School in Sen Sok and Cambodia Country Club, the designated viewing platforms of Genius Resort are equipped with cafés and an art gallery.
Sok Xing & Hwang has been instrumental in Genius Resort team is diverse. Sok Xing & Hwang conducted the due diligence investigation of properties, transaction negotiation, preparation of sale and purchase agreements and related instruments on the properties, and assistance with monitoring the performance of the sale and purchase agreements, assistance with closing of the transactions, review and advice on the construction agreements, and related legal compliance.
